It’s critical that you reserve your hotel room for the GWMS as soon as possible. There are two other meetings being held at the same time as the GWMS at the JW Marriott and they expect the facility to sell out of all hotel rooms.  The reservation deadline will not be extended so it’s important for all GWMS participants to reserve a hotel room ASAP.  Hotel Deadline is September 10th.

Ground Transportation

Taxi service from the airport, at current rates of $2.15 per mi, should cost about $30 one way and up to four people can share a cab.  The Hotel does not run shuttle service to/From the airport.
There is a Hertz Car Rental is located at the Resort.

Directions From Downtown/Airport
Take Highway 281 North
Turn Right at TPC Parkway (2 miles North of Loop 1604)
Go straight through the light at Bulverde Road (approximately 2 miles)
You will be entering Cibolo Canyons Development
Turn Left on Marriott Parkway (approximately 1 mile)
